The DXM Story: Engineering Excellence, Redefined
DXM Engineering embodies more than a decade of dedication, innovation, and precision in high-performance engineering. Founded in 2014 by Pierre and Nisa Moussy as MPJ Engineering, the company began its journey as a specialist in CNC machining for motorsport components, earning recognition for its exceptional craftsmanship and technical mastery among clients who demanded absolute perfection.
For six years, MPJ Engineering built a strong reputation within the motorsport industry. In 2021, it took a major step forward by securing an exclusive dealership with SADEV, the world leader in racing gearbox technology. This partnership not only validated MPJ’s technical expertise but also positioned the company as a trusted partner in advanced motorsport engineering.
A defining moment arrived in early 2024, when MPJ Engineering entered a joint venture with Panthera Group, marking the investment group’s first venture into engineering and motorsport. This milestone partnership led to a bold transformation — the rebranding of MPJ as DXM Engineering and DXM Motorsport. The new identity represented a renewed commitment to growth, innovation, and leadership across Southeast Asia’s precision engineering landscape.
Following this transition, DXM relocated to state-of-the-art facilities designed to support rapid expansion and optimise production flow. These modern premises allowed the company to operate distinct engineering and motorsport divisions, boosting efficiency and reinforcing its technical capabilities.
By the end of 2024, DXM had expanded its production capacity by over 400%, driven by major investments in cutting-edge CNC systems, robotics, and laser technology — further refining its ability to deliver the highest precision across every project.
Then, in 2025, DXM Engineering achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, officially recognising its world-class quality management systems and unwavering commitment to international manufacturing standards. This certification underscored DXM’s philosophy of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
At DXM, our mission remains clear: to innovate, to excel, and to lead the evolution of precision and motorsport engineering.
Welcome to DXM — where innovation meets precision.
