DXM Engineering and DXM Motorsport represent over a decade of dedication, innovation, and precision in motorsport engineering. Originally established in 2014 by Pierre and Nisa Moussy as MPJ Engineering, the company began its journey focusing exclusively on producing high-quality motorsport components using advanced CNC machinery. From the outset, the company built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, serving clients who demanded nothing less than perfection.
For six years, MPJ Engineering became a trusted name within the motorsport industry. In 2021, it further solidified its reputation by signing an exclusivity contract with Sadev, the world’s leading gearbox manufacturer, renowned for its cutting-edge technology and industry leadership. This pivotal partnership underscored the company’s expertise and reliability in delivering superior engineering solutions.
In early 2024, MPJ Engineering reached a significant turning point through a joint venture with the PANTHERA GROUP, marking the latter’s first foray into engineering and motorsport. This partnership paved the way for a bold transformation, with MPJ rebranding as DXM Engineering and DXM Motorsport. The rebranding symbolised a renewed commitment to growth, innovation, and leadership in the industry.
Following the partnership, DXM relocated to state-of-the-art premises designed to accommodate its expanding operations. These modern facilities enabled the company to separate its engineering and motorsport divisions, improving efficiency and streamlining production processes.
In April 2024, DXM achieved another milestone by signing an exclusivity contract with Öhlins, a world-renowned suspension manufacturer celebrated for its partnerships with Lamborghini and its advanced technology. This collaboration brought unparalleled expertise and prestige to DXM, further enhancing its role as a leader in motorsport engineering.
Later that year, DXM expanded its production capacity by 400% through significant investments in cutting-edge CNC machinery. Advanced robotics and laser technologies were also introduced, enabling the production of the most delicate and intricate components with unmatched precision.

Machine Capacities
Our precision turning capabilities are supported by state-of-the-art CNC machinery, including HASS TL1, ECCOLA SL8, and HTC 150 (qty 2).
Our milling department is equipped with advanced technology such as the VF2 SS, VM3 i, DT 1, and VMC 740, with plans to add three more CNC machines by 2025. We also maintain conventional milling machines for versatile machining.
We utilise high-precision 3D scanning technology to capture accurate digital models, facilitating advanced reverse engineering and quality control.
Featuring a 5-metre KUKA CNC robot, our setup provides unparalleled precision in automated machining tasks.
Our laser marking services offer permanent, high-quality marking solutions for part identification and branding.
